Maimonides Fund (MF) is a private grantmaking organization that funds in North America and
Israel. MF combines modern philanthropic strategies with classic Jewish values to advance the

MF seeks an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level executive administrative support to the President, Managing Director, North America, and other senior staff. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing complex schedules, arranging travel and meetings, processing expenses, and facilitating effective communication across internal and external stakeholders. The Executive Assistant will join our NYC team and report to the Director of Operations.

YOU WILL:
• Manage and coordinate complex calendars for senior executives, ensuring efficient time
management and scheduling.
• Arrange domestic and international travel for senior executives, handling all logistical
aspects seamlessly.
• Coordinate and organize meetings, events, and video conferences, including logistics and
materials.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the senior executives by managing communications
and correspondence professionally and effectively.
• Manage and process expenses and reimbursements, ensuring accuracy and timely
submission of expense reports.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at
all times.
• Maintain office efficiency and collaborate with the Operations team on administrative duties.
• Assist with ad-hoc projects as assigned.

YOU HAVE:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of related experience in a dynamic, fast-paced office environment.
• Exemplary communication skills, both written and verbal, paired with excellent
interpersonal abilities.
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently, especially in managing
executive calendars, travel arrangements, and other projects.
• Solid command of Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, and other business communication software
and tools.
• A consistent track record of handling sensitive and confidential information with the utmost
discretion.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a relentless focus on managing priorities
effectively.
• Emotionally intelligent, able to exhibit a professional demeanor and act with discretion and
tact at all times, including in sensitive or confidential situations.
• Kind, courteous, and respectful in all interactions.

This is a full-time position, currently 4 days in person in our Manhattan office and 1 day remote.
Occasional work outside of standard business hours may be required.

The salary range of $90,000-$130,000 will be commensurate with skills and experience. We offer a competitive benefits package and the opportunity to participate in a bonus program.
